15+ years ago, FLM started with two guys, a truck, and an aerator. Nate Caldwell and Shane McCoy were friends and classmates from Colorado State University – Go RAMS! – and decided after their short careers in Fisheries Biology that they would capitalize on their previous experience with lawn care and start a landscape maintenance business. After that first weekend of going door to door aerating and securing customers along the way, they decided to make a go of it for good.
