Erica’s first experience working in the landscape industry was in 2013 when she worked for FLM through a temporary service on an installation job. After her temporary position, she applied to a job posting and became a FLM employee in 2014. Although she never would have guessed she would enjoy this industry, she found that she loved being outdoors and having a sense of instant gratification of her work each day.
Erica has held a few different positions in the company over the years and has left a couple of times to move out of state for family but has always found her way back. She recently has joined the office staff and enjoys that no two days are the same and that she still has that same sense of accomplishment when she goes home each day.
When Erica is not at work, you can find her spending time with her fiancé Chad, his daughter Jilly, their dog Tank, and cat Luna. She also enjoys playing Volleyball, Tennis, Basketball or recently Pickleball. She hikes, travels, goes to the dog park, participates in running events, attends sporting events and concerts. She loves to hang out with friends and family as well as cook, read, and try new things.
